Electronically Controlled Emergency Lighting Test Switch

Simple to install and to use, this innovative test switch enables manual testing of emergency lighting to current U.K. and European standards.

There is a requirement for all building occupiers and operators to test their emergency lighting on a regular basis.

The ELTS enables the short monthly test (10 minutes), the six monthly 1 hour test and the annual 3 hour test to be carried out by one person who, having operated the switch, is then free to inspect the emergency lights for correct operation.

At the end of the selected test period, the mains is automatically re-instated eliminating the risk of the mains being left disconnected.

ELTS is a cost effective solution for meeting testing requirements and is installed in the unswitched supply to the emergency lights.

One ELTS can be used for each lighting circuit and alternatively to operate a multi-channel relay box controlling between 5 and 20 channels.
